You can have access to the venue at 8 AM on the day of your event up until 11:59 PM on the evening of your event

You can access the venue the day before to decorate at a rate of $150 per hour with requested time frame and approval

Package #1: Saturdays- $4,500. Fridays and Sundays- $3,500
Package #2: $150/hour for every hour venue is rented with 3 hour minimum

Yes.  This is paid the day of signing your contract and booking your event. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your event is required.  Rental deposits will contribute to the overall cost of your rental fee.
-Package #1 requires $1,750 for Saturdays and $1,250 for Fridays and Sundays

Yes. Damage deposit is due 60 days prior to the event. Damage deposit is refundable if no damages occur during event.

-Package #2 requires $30/hour for every hour venue is rented

Yes.  Tables and chairs are provided for up to 250 guests.
-30-60” round table-seats 8, 5-8ft banquet tables-seats 10, 4-6ft banquet tables for cake/gifts/etc

-40-8ft benches that seat up to 200 for use in designated outdoor space

-250 chairs for indoor space

Yes.  Heating and AC can be adjusted upon request.  Only exception is when glass doors are opened upon request the heat and AC will be turned off.

No.  We have no vendor stipulations.

Yes.  We require event liability and alcohol insurance 60 days prior to the event through K&K insurance that is non-cancelable.  Step by step instructions will be given to you on signing day.

No.  We do not provide, sell or distribute any alcohol. Alcohol liability insurance is purchased through K&K insurance and it is up to the tenant to purchase all alcohol and appoint a bartender to serve said alcohol.

We accept cash or check.  You will be given a receipt when payment is received.
