Package #1 - For Large Events and Weddings
Fridays/Sundays $3500 Saturdays $4500
When you rent from us, you have access to the venue from 8 AM up until 11:59 PM. We allow use of our 6,000 square foot space. We have a cozy bridal suite inside with vanity seating that can seat four. A comfortable couch is present for guests to lounge as well. Recess lighting is overhead along with vanity lighting, which makes the process of hair and makeup timely and efficient. A floor to ceiling mirror is included in the suite along with hooks to hang wedding and bridesmaid dresses. Both men's and women's restrooms are available inside that are handicap accessible for all populations. A small bar and prep kitchen is available to make food preparation and drink service flow. Our indoor event space features a large, open area with intimate lighting and large windows that allow great lighting for pictures and decorating. An outdoor ceremony space is available with a pond present. There is an option to upgrade your package for outdoor ceremony use for an added fee to allow for a scenic, outdoor ceremony setting. Pricing also includes tables, indoor chairs and outdoor benches that seat up to 250 guests. We offer rentals that are free from stipulations, but require event liability insurance. We also allow for engagement photos to be taken on our property. This is a list of a few of the many offerings that Old Mill Event Venue presents to guests.
Package #2 - For Smaller Events
$150 Per hour
We do not only pride ourselves on hosting large events and weddings, but we also offer small events with hourly rentals. With our hourly rental rate, you receive access to our venue and use of our indoor/outdoor space. We provide tables and chairs to make hosting your event convenient. Restrooms, for both women and men, are on site and are handicap accessible. We have a small prep kitchen and service bar to make serving your guests convenient.
Package #3-Micro-Weddings
$2500 for venue rental from 10AM-10PM
Old Mill Venue offers micro-wedding packages! We understand that a large wedding is not always within budget and we want to be able to make your dream wedding attainable and affordable. Our micro-wedding package starts off by offering use of our 6,000 sq ft indoor space for the perfect indoor ceremony and reception. We also include tables and chairs in our pricing. If an indoor wedding is not what you have envisioned and an outdoor wedding is what you have always wanted, then for an additional $250 we will provide use of 12 outdoor, wooden benches and prepare our grounds for a serene, outdoor ceremony. With this package, we have handicap accessible restrooms available, an on-site prep-kitchen and bar service area provided and we have a spacious bridal suite that you and your bridal party can utilize for preparation of your big day! We hope to make your mini-wedding magical and memorable!
